这家酒店位置不错，离银泰、杭百非常近，只要穿过一个小巷就到了，购物方便，酒店隔壁是餐厅，土家菜，味道也不错。酒店内设施可能时间长了点，像彩电电源接触就有点小问题，不过酒店服务很到位，所以出现的问题可以马上得到解决，卫生也不错，给予好评。

进了房间发现空调不好用，让酒店换房告诉我没有房间了，最后还是给我换了豪华套房。解决时态度还好。

可能因为是在杭州，房价比较贵，所以这个价位只能住这样档次的宾馆，这个宾馆实在是一般，就是地理位置很好，出门就是武林路服装街，其他实在是很一般，设施陈旧，最差的是中央空调，不是24小时有的，是定时的，这天外边是将近40度的高温，屋里空调不热，服务员倒是很热情，可以提供电风扇，呵呵，

如果大家要入住这家酒店时记得一定要选择新楼,不要选择旧楼,因为实在是相差得太远了,旧楼无论是设施跟环境真得无法相信是同一个酒店.

地理位置很好离西湖也挺近的啊，交通也方便周边购物也很便捷（如银泰百货杭州一百）。就是有点吵可能我那天住在楼下吧（一楼）。早餐一般不是很好呢。
