这个酒店的房名就是个骗人的伪名，明明说是豪华大床房，怎么进去连个单人房都不如，房小床小，明明说是1.8米的大床，可入住了才发现是1.5都没有的小床，怎么那么会坑爹啊？叫我一家四口怎么住？我就当天6点入住，当天9点退房，响当当的酒店规定，我914块就没有了，这也是我这辈子住过最贵的酒店，3个多小时就900多，多容易賺别人的钱啊，大家还去入住吗？那么缺钱不如直接抢钱好了

酒店服务非常好，前台直接给升级了房型，房间超级大，还贴心的准备了娃娃，还叠了毛巾大象，孩子非常开心，洗漱各种用品也很齐全，主要酒店比较老，装修会比较旧一点，但由于地理位置很好，性价比很高…周边就是大商场，离西湖步行10分钟，非常近。
