总的还是不错的，在杭州我住过的酒店里算性价比高的。客房卫生打扫得比较晚，2点多去还因为12点离店的房间没有打扫好不能入住，有点扣分

酒店位置不錯，近地鐵，大商場及西湖。還有旁边的酒店有機場巴士上客站。就是入住期間兩部客用升降機坏了一部，不方便。

地理位置超级好，机场大巴有一站就是平海路，下车对面就是酒店。离地铁站特别近，去哪里都方便，去过武林门码头方便，乌镇西塘水乡古镇游都在那里集合，离杭州东站也很近。去南宋御街也方便。
去西湖喷泉步行也就十分钟，后边就是一个当地知名吴山夜市（不过很没意思，聊胜于无吧）。

非常好的入住体验，酒店地理位置超好，吃饭，去西湖都很便利，音乐喷泉尽在咫尺，看完溜达回去很是惬意，另外酒店的服务也很好，特别是19楼用早餐时，服务员看到老人主动帮端碗，帮移动座位，我妈妈吃药倒了杯开水，本来准备晾一下喝，但服务员邵惠雯 sunny看到主动去帮倒了一杯温水，让妈妈很是暖心，这里大大赞一下，以后来杭州一定再入住这里
