交通厅便利的，距地铁站走个七八分钟就到了，也可以直接步行到西湖边不会太远，空间比较敞亮厕所挺干净舒适的，房间设施也挺齐全，有些物品贴了价格标签启封既需要收费要注意一下，朋友没注意开启了一个马桶圈就需要收费5元，其他都没什么问题，就是wifi真的非常慢，仿佛是全酒店使用一个公共wifi，我们只得用自己的流量。

带老人出行，共3人，在网上预订了家庭房含三早，入住时信用免押金，手续快捷，老妈看到房间酒店用毛巾卷的小象造型很开心，专门研究了一下手工怎么做的。酒店的自助早餐很丰盛，菜品丰富，设在顶楼19楼观光餐厅，可以远眺西湖，步行看喷泉10分钟左右。周边就是商圈饮食中心，交通便利，值得推荐，唯一不足是临路的房间会稍显有车噪声，对我们这种睡眠好的无碍，意见供参考
