非常好的一次入住，前台人员服务态度很好，房间设施很不 错，房间里的wifi网速很快，特别人性化。最重要的是床睡 着很舒服，住了两个晚上，都睡的特别香。

槽点很多，怀疑网上评价的真实性。入住拎着箱子爬了五十多级台阶不说，到了给我免费升级了湖景房，然而图片是真实湖景房的景色。床具有股馊馊的味道，洗澡下水很慢。家具也脏脏的，这样的酒店在杭州还要七百多，真是醉了。服务员态度倒是很好，然并卵啊！再也不住民宿了

服务都很热情，我们都住的很开心，很干净卫生，一进门就眼前一亮的感觉，位置环境很好，让我们住得很开心，回去介绍亲威朋友来一定还要住处这家啦。

非常好，环境特别惬意，服务态度很好。就在西湖边上，晚上在湖边溜达非常舒服。有个大爷帮忙拿的行李，我们住的近湖房，早上醒来就可以看到西湖
