房间打扫的很干净，床睡着比较舒服呢，空气也没有异味，一觉睡到自然醒，可开心了。前台的客服人员服务态度也超级好，住这真是一个好的选择。

住了一宿，服务细心，睡得还不错，最适合朋友、同事和情侣没孩子的居住，另本人有两点想说明:第一、因属西湖景区，停车不方便且费用自理。第二、枕头被客人用后的气味很重，没及时晾晒。

民宿这样已经很不错了，近湖大床房能看到西湖，下院的房视野更好，有服务员帮助提行李，到了打电话就可以下来接。服务还可以，早餐有中西两种二选一，可以送房间来吃，院子布置的挺有感觉，有一个茶吧。
