台阶真的好长，一开始不知道可以让店家帮忙提行李，然后自己提着行李一口气走上去，那酸爽！店家服务还是不错的，早餐也很丰富。就是近湖院房打开窗帘看到的是前面装着空调，丢着杂物的屋顶，视觉效果不太好，建议店家可以改善一下，其他方面都挺不错的，好评！

窗外就是西湖，这个民居真是不错，环境优雅服务质量很好。因为入住时停了一会儿电，看着我们一家子人托儿带口的免费升到高一级的房间，早点吃完了也在问是否还要加。老公对这家酒店赞不绝口^_^为杭州的夕霞小筑点赞。下次去西湖还回来的哦！^_^
