先说结论，五星好评，非常满意！
1 位置
酒店距离地铁一号线客运中心站很近，亲测步行时间不到十分钟，而且白天酒店也会免费派车将客人送至地铁入口处，1号线通往火车东站，城站，武林商业区，西湖景区等热门地点，总之去哪都非常方便。
2服务
无论前台接待 安保人员 还是客房清扫阿姨都非常礼貌，主动和客人问好打招呼，说话很温柔
3客房
房间很大，非常大，比想象中宽敞多了，装修风格暖色调，很温馨，而且细节用心，房间设备很新很齐全，灯光 音乐 窗帘全部是触屏控制，盥洗区的洗漱 淋浴和马桶分开，互不干扰。总体来说，房间配置比肩甚至超过一些五星级酒店的标准间。
总之，下次来杭州或者朋友来玩，一定会选择和推荐本酒店的。
