非常好的酒店，服务比海底捞还好，硬件比五星酒店更好，价格也很可爱，超赞。第一次这么认真写评论。
来杭州首选L酒店，完美
服务方面:
1，前台大哥服务态度超好，有问必答，还主动提供帮助。
2，经理也很好，看我们带孩子不方便还帮忙送到客运中心。
3,中秋节预定，房间还备了2块月饼，和手写中秋祝福，好暖心!
酒店硬件:
1,选夜间模式，窗帘自动关上。
2,还有钢琴曲助睡眠，早上音乐可以用来做moring call，开启幸福一天。
3,酒店装修整体风格时尚，房间超大，连洗漱间都超大。
4,本来还想找客房借充电线，没想到房间已经备好充电线。
5,离客运中心，地铁中心很近。

硬件很好的酒店 二次入住 十一楼的卫生 大厅的味道 餐厅的不通风请酒店管理层务必六一 请坚持好初心 你们有硬底子(设施过硬 原木色实木高档家具 入住场景的温馨音乐 很舒适的床品 很多细节都很贴心) 但 保洁真的可以好好过问过问了 务必不要因小失大 加油
