这是我这么多年出差遇到最差的酒店
坐在沙发上，突然跳出来一个蟑螂（图片真实内容）打电话给前台来了个服务员解释说阴雨天我就奇怪了杭州这几天高温的很，这个解释蛮奇怪的，然后又来一个值班经理说有问题可以处理，想想也就算了.
最让人生气的是一会和一个服务员端来一个果盘，我开始觉得投诉处理也可以，没想到果盘还没有方下就让我在携程上给一个五星好评，我郁闷了，我还没有给差评就不错了，还让我给个好评，这个蛮滑稽的.现在我终于知道那些给好评怎么来的了.还让我退房退钱，大晚上的，我也是服了这些人，搞不懂这种酒店人员管理怎么做的，一点服务意识都没有，现在还没有退房，本来还要续住的，明天早上果断退房.
最后，我只想说这是我住过的最差的酒店，遇到最差的服务.
