1、服务人员态度不够热情主动！2、能提供客户应急用东西没有（充电器插头、数据线等）！3、房间被子只有一套，没有储备一套以防客人怕冷而需要！4、希望你们店信息能在准确点比如具体到哪里该怎么走，哪里可以停车，毕竟住的外来人居多！重点还是服务人员态度！

1.酒店名字跟网上名字不一样，也没有明显的标识标牌，非常难找到，找了很久才找到 2.楼层走廊灯光太暗，门牌号也不明显，找房号得用手电筒照 3.房间进门口有个洞美堵上，我猜应该是以前用来取电插房卡的 4.门后厨房大理石上有污渍，应该是茶渍或者咖啡渍，影响整洁 5.阳台旁电源插座莫名其妙插了个电源插座，说是什么店名LED灯坏了，用于取电 6.淋浴房太小，一个人进去都快转不了身。要是身材稍微高大胖些些肯定转不了 7.房间电视都没有，开不了 8. 给的房间与我网上订的酒店不是同一家，是另外一家丽君酒店。总之个人感觉很差，很不满意。给个差评。

位置离火车站很近 我在携程网定时酒店名叫天城优品 我在外面找了半个小时也没看到酒店名字 结果给酒店打第三个电话才告诉我叫红街酒店 很坑爹 网上写的位置跟实际位置不一致 浪费时间
