本怀着很好的心情去的。酒店垃圾前台客服服务更是垃圾，绊着张脸搞得我欠她几百万一样，没见过这么差的酒店。隔音效果也不好，床板硬的跟睡地上一样，酒店里面也空荡荡没有照片这么好。酒店还这么难找。真无语，大家千万别上当

地理位置非常好好，离杭州东站只有几百米；周边餐饮和购物也很方便，各种口味的小吃很多，还有北方如山西、东北的饭店。

离火车站非常近，出行很方便；周边吃饭也还可以，有许多小饭店可以选择。晚上环境也还算安静，短时间到杭州办事可以来住。

觉得点评都是枪手，携程竟然会推荐一个网上酒店名称跟实际入住名称不符的酒店，实在不敢相信。以后不敢再订这种非连锁品牌酒店了。

在写字楼里，很难找，没有对应的酒店名称，前台是写着另外两家酒店的名字。没有网络，卫生很差，不会再去住了。
