帮朋友出差代订的，离火车站较近，但是不好找，是租的酒店式公寓楼改成的酒店客房，住宿发票不是当时给，得等携程快递。还好性格还可以。

离杭州东站很近 出行交通吃饭都很方便，前台服务员也够热情 身份证和伞忘记拿了也都帮忙保留着，客房挺大的 清洁卫生，最欢喜的是洗澡的热水器 公寓式酒店就是有点家的感觉哈~ 虽是酒店很多还是得提前很多天订房！！

这次住店真的很火大，地方我就找了快一个小时，问人没一人知道，流量都不知道浪费多少，最后好不容易找到，你说你一个酒店连个招牌都不做，开什么酒店，这么贵的房费你老板就这么抠？开房卡也是跑了两趟，前天把我房间号弄错了，连句道歉都没有！房间也不是很满意，里面的东西反正我市一个都没用上（洗衣机，灶台，冰箱）最后发票，我订之前就打电话给酒店能不能不用携程开给我，由酒店开，你们说可以的，等我退房态度的360度变化，你是唱京剧换脸的？携程我也无语，开个发票还要10元邮寄费，虽然最后用积分抵掉了，但是我想问你们公司是不是和快递公司有提成啊，一件事情非得搞的这么麻烦！！！真心火
