感谢餐饮部史玉灵，杨小娟，客房部前台工作人员的热情服务，初到时给小朋友赠送了毛绒玩具，用餐时和出行叫车时也都得到周到的帮助，工作人员都比较热情有素质，地理位置也比较方便，总之比预期值好出很多

酒店在绿植环绕中，环境比较安静，只是来的那天雨下的比较大，途径的道路有积水，晚上回酒店时鞋袜湿了，最后走到酒店的道路没有路灯，感觉怕怕的。酒店有小巴可以直接坐到火车站，费用比出租车要优惠，中途有停靠西湖景区的。br房间设施还算齐全，就是洗漱池的镜子光线有点暗，对于近视的我们化妆不太友好。书写台那边的光线也是一般般，床睡得还蛮舒服的，没有在酒店用餐，酒店大堂有免费的红茶和绿茶喝。结账后送来我们2小小罐龙井茶叶。
