酒店位置优越，早上起来可以散步，呼吸大自然清新空气。早餐丰富，中餐晚餐也非常好吃，后厨的手艺不错，特别是宋嫂鱼羹，好吃又不贵，连着两餐都点了这道菜。客房服务也周到，开夜床的习惯，现在很多酒店都省去了这道工作，但是这里的客房服务员还是每天开夜床。大堂经理也是很贴心，我们第一天到达比较早，还不能进入房间，大堂经理带我们去后花园小坐休息，并送上矿泉水。总之，下次还要来，准备翻山越岭去灵隐寺和九溪十八涧，还可以去龙井村。强烈推荐

酒店在山上，院子里绿树成荫，有山有水，空气清新，每天早晨都是在小鸟的叽叽喳喳声中醒来。周围环境也很好，一路上都是风景，去西湖，九溪十八涧，动物园，宋城都不远，出了酒店，路口就是公交站，每个景点都可公交直达。酒店的早餐也是要划重点的，很丰富，中西餐都有，还有米线，酒酿等特色小吃，很是吸引人。酒店的服务也完美，尤其是餐厅工作人员杨小娟，当知道我们是北方来的后，给我们人情的推荐了经济实惠又可口的饭菜，还耐心的告诉我们各个景点的路线，并帮助我们去前台协调开发票的事情，太感谢了！因为饭菜可口不贵，服务又好，所以住酒店期间，每天晚餐都是在酒店吃的！
