总体来说是不错的，如果没有导航还真不好找。酒店服务态度很好，环境很优雅，我们住的是5000多的竹林别墅，一行10人房间哈哈住不完，如果不是下雨就可以去周边走走，是不错的选择。

这次非常感谢携程宾馆预订部的经理和杭州陆羽山庄度假酒店的总监人性化的服务，他们值得推荐。杭州陆羽山庄度假酒店，名副其实，很适合带老人和孩子来度假，餐饮也很好，适合自驾游。

环境还很不错，非常安静，在园子里转转也很美的，餐厅的菜也烧的比较好，解决了春节找不到吃饭地方的苦恼，就是空调温度不高，差点感冒了。

第一次在携程上预定了酒店，确认快并且都满足我提的住宿要求满意，以后还会在携程上预定。酒店整体环境还不错，适合一家或朋友度假。缺点是客房隔音不太好，隔壁房间放水时的水管声音较响，餐厅菜品种太少了，没有选择；房间空调温度调在最低还是热呀，最后只能关了；中午、晚上都是这几道菜，很多菜谱上的菜都没有，可能是节日的关系。总体家人还是满意的。

非常遗憾，完全在我们的意料之外：房间实在太小了；而且没有温水游泳池。大厅有些角落不开灯，省的是酒店的电，伤的是我们的心！
