服务没想象的好 前台订房有点差 本来订好的 结果2点去说没房好太好安排……5星也会有这种事发生 在可悲了 房间条件很一般 电脑也不设一台 早餐还可以吧 但还是有愧五星标准的 总体来说 只能得3颗星

周边和院内环境很好是该酒店唯一的特点。房间比较陈旧，卫生间小，电视机还是老式的，好像没有网络，价位偏高，餐饮价格也偏高。

酒店为5星级。大多数为小栋房屋，周围环境不错，但内部设施已陈旧了，很多地方需要重新装修了。另外还想说一点，酒店游泳池不错，很大，水也很干净，但里面的男女更衣室实在太脏了，更本就没人管。应该要抓一下。酒店早餐不错，品种和服务都不错。还有一点不解，艺龙网预订怎么会比其他网站预订贵？同样房间艺龙要650元，其他网站包括陆羽自己官网都只要630元

酒店本身不错，环境很好，不过房间细节处不够，那些不明显的地方有灰。泳池很好。周边没有吃得地方。

如果不开车不是很方便,夜里十一点点了一份蛋炒饭咬不动,入住期间赶上一个会议团队有些嘈杂!

前台接待人员很少，水准更是离五星较远。房间设施就目前来看，已老了，所以这个价格已不具吸引力。酒店餐厅中午更是没人用餐，送上来的大丰收里的南瓜已馊了，明显没多少人来吃。因为周围没啥餐馆，晚餐只能继续在酒店，蚊子围着你转，小朋友倒是拿着酒店的电蚊拍玩得很开心。总之性价比不好。
