2次入住陆羽，想提几点意见：1）外观和大厅及走廊设计都充满茶艺氛围这是贵处，房内设施虽挂5星，其实4星最多，卫生间洁具都不错，还算干净整洁，但房内总觉不够整洁，2）靠窗边打扫不够，窗户及纱窗都不够整洁 ，3）餐饮值得表扬，便宜量大味不错，4）早餐比较简陋，离5星有差距，服务员总体感觉年纪偏大，笑容缺乏

国庆长假休息度假，与几家好友同期出游，难得的聚会，孩子们最开心。
酒店大堂古色古香，有特色，茶文化的氛围。

优点：
1、茶文化元素融入酒店装饰富有特色。
2、露天停车场有遮阳设施体现关怀。
3、与双溪漂流、径山寺景区比邻而居方便游览。
4、房间餐厅有免费无线Wifi方便手机上网。
5、中餐厅菜量较大，但建议以后可根据就餐人数略作调整，如三口之家菜量就不必过多以免浪费。
改进：
1、空调偏冷，特别是中餐厅，出风口下吃不消就座。
2、卫生间灯光偏暗。
3、强化服务员点头微笑礼仪
