这个酒店还是比较差的，我定了标准间A，竟然淋浴都没水，宾馆也没有任何配套设施，之前广告上的洗浴桑拿之类的什么都没有。不过倒还安静，交通还算方便。

我住的是特惠房，里面的设施和普通宾馆标准间一样，热水晚上6点后就有了，还是比较满意的。交通挺方便的，宾馆出门左拐没多远就是动物园公交站，车还蛮多的。

地理位置非常好，不用任何交通工具就可以徒步游览西湖。房间干净。设施一般，不过旁边的餐厅很好。

住了3天 总体来说一般 因为是在十一黄金周期间入住的 当时很多酒店都没有房间了 然后在同程网上找到了这间酒店 看评价还过得去就订下了 环境比较清静 但离中心位置还是有点偏 我们当天晚上在步行街逛完 才发现 不是车主嫌远不愿意载 就死要价太高 后来还是好不容易找到了一辆同路的面的拼车回来的 因为当时住的是一楼 又是夏末 所以 还是有不少蚊子的 点了灭蚊片都没什么用

此酒店在西湖边的虎跑路上，不太好找（打了好几个电话问服务员，也问了路人），是在一个小岔道上拐弯上山半腰。环境还不错，相当宁静，房间挺大，但空调暖风不足，冬天住有些冷，夏天去应该很好。br交通还算便利，公交车、自驾都很方便，但是该路段车辆多、交通较为拥堵。服务还不错！

实在太差了，在半坡上，有车的游客还是不要去，很容易熄火。宾馆条件很差，晚上没有洗澡水，被子很脏，没有饭堂，厕所非常脏。而且价格太贵。

到目前为止在同程订到的最差的房间，装潢颇有90年代风格，看着木框上的霉斑很无奈。到宾馆后换了三间房才住下，一间没搞卫生，一间空调有严重异味！！！且窃以为２４小时热水是宾馆的标准，但温水不能算“热水”吧，下大雪的天气怎么受得了，都没精神跟总台交涉了，就这么睡了……
