酒店比装修一般，设备较陈旧，卫生间水压很小，不过最大的好处就是离西湖景区比较近，紧挨动物园，周边交通方便。

除了位置在景区核心，其他真的没什么优点了。设施老化，房间有味道。有个服务员连信用卡都不会用，搞的我要现金。这次elong服务也不到位，我定了房间，竟然不帮我书面确认，幸好房间充裕，没有房的话该怎么办呢？

整体来讲这家酒店不太好就和平常的招待所一样房间的设施很陈旧了可能也跟价位有关吧下次不会选择这家酒店了.
