酒店位置不错，离西湖挺近的，服务人员态度也比较好，就是设施有点陈旧了，如果能更新一下，那就更好了。

订的是特惠房，到那说没了升级成标准间，酒店房间挺大的，服务很好，尤其是前台的小姑娘非常耐心。就是设施比较老了，屋子里地毯味道太大了，建议更换一下，虽然有些不足，但是在西湖边上，还是国庆期间，能订到这样的房已经非常好了

基础设施基本是有了，装潢一般般吧！br还算干净，但还有进步空间，服务一般！ br位置还算可以吧，出行还算便利！br还可以，将就着住，要求不高的可以住住看！

南玉山庄的位置还可以，离西湖不太远。房间的卫生间是半透明玻璃的，小的很，床很短，大概有1.8米，个子高的睡的很不舒服，晚上老有汽车路过的声音，没有点评中那么安静。

离西湖的景区还蛮近的，服务态度和蔼可亲，住宿环境蛮干净的。就一楼有点蚊子，不过他们提供了蚊香。
