酒店还不错，设施齐全，房间有点霉味，床单被罩更换及时，服务员整体素质不错。我们有事早上退房，中午回去拿行李，要吃药需喝点热水，前台不提供热水，让我们到餐厅去找，餐厅服务员给倒了半杯说没水了，我说再倒点行吗，然后没有然后了…。建议酒店领导加强一下服务意识，前台提供一下热水，提升酒店的亲民形象！

位于地铁火车站出口附近，去西湖其他地方都很方便，大厅有特色，房间宽，但设施稍旧，晚上很安静，附近到清河坊只要几分钟
