差的不能再差了，首先设施老旧，虽然是个老酒店，设施旧可以理解，但是热水几乎没有，淋浴花洒不好使，沐浴液按不出来，这些都是次要的，浴巾里竟然有一块用过的香皂，太恶心了，投诉之后就派了个服务员来看了一下，再次交涉之后大半夜的让我换房间被我拒绝了，后来竟然当没这回事儿了，结账的时候还是按原价收的，只是说下次来给升级房间，这样的酒店谁还敢再来！说是个国企酒店就这管理制度没多久就该黄了吧！

设施老旧，房间无窗，太臭了，一晚上没睡着，被子也很薄很旧的样子，不建议去住了，酒店前台的态度也很差，总之是我出差那么多年住过的最差的酒店了。
