住在8楼，3-4的KTV还是有点吵闹。虽然声音不至于很大，但是还是有点影响。楼上的下水道声音蛮大的，其他都还可以。离城中站D出口近，上楼左转再左转，沿街2、3分钟就到。大厅很气派，有栀子花的味道。
