第一次来，对预订的所见酒店抱有很大的期待，在西溪北门，酒店的观光车来接我们，一路兜风到酒店，酒店的工作人员帮忙提行李，很热情，服务也很好，入住手续和退房手续都很快，酒店的环境得益于西溪湿地生态环境下，让人流连忘返，第一次碰到此类型酒店，也不虚此行。早餐的菜品看个人口味，我觉得挺不错的，吃的比较多。房间的被子也比较舒服，夜晚也很安静，能给个很舒服安稳的睡眠。下次再来杭州，还是会选择此家酒店，极力推荐给大家。

刚刚住进去还体会不深，越住越体会到它的美，它的与众不同。游泳池很有特色，像在河里游泳，放眼望去只有湿地景色，无嘈杂人群

精品民宿，整体设计非常有自己的风格，庭院很美，很安静，私密性强，度假好去处。但房间卫生还可以改进，桌子上有明显污渍，洗手间也有些边边角角没有清理干净，让人感觉不好。另外房间电视的位置真的非常奇特，挂在床旁边，让你怎么坐都不能舒服的看电视。餐厅服务员像实习生，服务意识有待加强。
