酒店服务人员超级热情！园林绿化非常好。躺在客厅的沙发上望着窗外的景色，根本不想动了！下次换个季节再来躺一躺！酒店餐厅的菜比外面的好吃多了，感觉没有添加味精，前几餐再外吃完饭都觉得超口喝的，但在酒店用餐就没这情况。

这里的服务特别好，进了酒店服务生带领我们介绍了整个酒店，房间很大，泳池是无边泳池，早餐是套餐形式，很丰盛，孩子们还体验了茶道，香道课程。清晨是鸟儿的叫声叫起床，完美的度假之旅。

就在西溪景区里面，环境很不错，打开窗子就是鸟鸣流水，树影斑驳的自然风光。服务还行，就是酒店里只有一个spa技师，这有点不方便。还有就是游泳池真心不怎么样，比较小，水也不是很干净。再就是服务人员太少，半天找不到一个可以问话的服务生。

酒店的环境很好，如果带孩子旅行，本人不推荐，对于亲子来说，几乎没有什么引起孩子感兴趣的项目！稍微提一个建议：应即时打扫卫生补充一次性用品。酒店关键总体来说适合是个绝佳避世的场所。
