环境景观幽静，适合隐匿读书，有个小庭院正对湿地一景，适合思考人生，中式精致村舍风格，早餐一人一套，形式特别。但服务不到位。入住的房间跟预定房型不符，原来订的是室内有浴缸的，结果住的是室外泡池的，泡池很多水垢，还有活的蚊虫，叫人洗了两次，都没用心洗，只是放了水再进水，根本不敢泡澡，以后不敢住民宿了，比西溪国宾馆还贵，却很不舒服。枕头没有硬的谁得不好，小孩就很无聊了。不适合带孩子的家庭。另外西溪只适合散步，其他没意思。

酒店是中式风格，西溪湿地就在你眼前，肯定很漂亮，但是虫子也是多啊，蜈蚣在房间，蝗虫在乱跳。本来想泡澡，但是热水坏了，弄了一个小时让我们换房，换了房间浴缸在户外也泡不了，泳池也在清洗没有游泳，所以小朋友觉得很失望

外部环境很好，室内不达五星，洁具，卫生一般。卫生间浴缸不干净。餐厅的早餐蛮好！
