订了700多的双床房，结果给我们免费升级为带露台的1000多的房间，太棒了。而且酒店布置得很有调调，还很人性化地有供小孩子玩的一间房，让我俩宝贝兴奋不已。

离西湖很近，交通也算方便，房间风格超级喜欢，下次来还会住，缺点就是大堂空调不冷，服务非常好，早餐很精致

非常好，一楼的亲子区和阅读区很赞，周五check in前台升级了带露台的大房间给我。早上练习瑜伽的时候有松鼠路过。非常谢谢。

和爸妈一起去的，酒店的每一处都让人感觉到精致，完全抵得上普通的五星级，唯一的区别是小型精品酒店会让人觉得更亲切，更放松。另外位置很好，出去100迷就到西湖边儿上啦。

酒店服务很温和，装修情调不错，早餐送房间吃，很营养吃的很饱。酒店免费升级了带露台的房间，露台吃饭看书休闲都比较实用。对于大人底楼比较小资，带有咖啡吧特色，客房大小适中，布局略显紧凑，房间内设对商旅居住略显不足，卫生设备清爽干净。对于小小孩来说，底楼儿童区很温馨。整体评价感觉是介于三星和四星之间的标准，地理位置很棒，距离海底世界～西湖和雷锋塔都很近，适合带小小孩出门旅居。对于带小小孩的缺点：清蝉周围没有商场，买东西需要步行10分钟左右。
