这家店外表确实不够起眼，走进去还以为是住进了咖啡厅，还是有小资格调。前台服务热情。房间没有一间相同，差别很大（适合各种自己出行身份），细节用心，应该是很有韵味的房间。特别适合小资情调和情侣及家人。有家的感觉。

位置不错，环境还成吧，不如虎跑店，服务人员态度不错，但熟练度差一些，早饭8点开始，对于早走出发的房客不友好。房间茶和茶具赞，但没有写字台。对于休闲旅行很不错，不推荐商务出差

这里的房间不算大，但是很干净，每天的早点是固定的，楼下大厅有孩子看书玩耍的地方，服务人员很客气，明天都送水果和饮料，但是酒店里面本身没有餐厅，不可以点餐，要在外面吃完才可以，边上也没有餐厅和便利店，买东西不方便，离着西湖倒是很近，可以随时走出来看西湖～

酒店靠南山路，很方便，周边环境很好。酒店设施很一般，早点也很少！定的柳亿房，房价一千两百，其实屋外就是一个坡屋顶，有数而已！
