酒店环境清雅舒适，离西湖很近，服务超级好，这次是带孩子一起来杭州旅游，俩孩子都很喜欢这个酒店，，装修风格是东南亚和日式结合的，非常不错，下次来杭州还选择这里

进店让人有种惊艳的感觉，喜欢玩点情调的朋友可以选择。每天的早餐是定制型的一小份，像我对早餐要求不高的已经足够，但胃口大点的男同胞可能量有些不足。选择这里一来是因为出行方便，二来是喜欢这里的安静。清晨在西湖的健身歩道上走走，无论春夏秋冬都很惬意。

位于南山路与万松岭路交叉口，往西不足百米可到西湖，往东步行可到梁祝读书三载的万松书院，闹中取静，自然环境与地理位置俱佳。酒店房间不多，每一间都不雷同，大堂像茶室、像书吧，很用心的设计，读书品茗，值得体验。整体服务五星，前台接待张庆红很热心，免费升级房间还有龙井茶相送，32个赞。唯一不足是高楼层的空调制热还待加强，整体评价四星半。何谓清蝉？明月别枝惊鹊，清风半夜鸣蝉～

酒店离西湖边很近，有自己的格调，房间在三楼风景不错，不过没有电梯有些不方便。酒店的两个女生态度很好，元旦出行价格是平常的两倍，但是还是物有所值，感觉不错！

冷死了！水非常小！而且还不热！差点哭了！冲个凉冷得发抖！换了一楼房间，结果一样！设备旧！性价比不高！这样的价格，实在是太贵了！不建议入住！
