之前在网上看了好多差价，怀着忐忑的心情订了大床房。到店入住感觉还不错。毕竟是五星级的酒店，硬件设施还是不错的，大堂宽敞明亮，装修算不上豪华，但是也很不错了。主要是位置绝佳，过个马路就到西湖边了。我们入住的是市景房，窗外是车水马龙的西湖大道，不过隔音效果很好，一点儿也不吵，从窗口望出去景色不错。客房装修属简约型，算不上豪华，但是还算舒适，也没有之前差评中说的那么陈旧，还算是比较新的，浴缸感觉款式有点儿旧了，不过女儿泡澡还是很开心的。值得一提的是，有一盏射灯打开，发现上面有蛛丝，这可真的不应该出现在五星级酒店里，看来酒店清洁工作没有做到位。
