第一次遇到这么用心服务的酒店，入住时通知我是今天的幸运客人，会送水果点心。比较休闲到多呆在房间里，2天只有午饭、晚饭出去1、2个小时，不知他们怎么准确知道客人出去的，每天打扫2次，还会写留言。就是游泳池太小，要游泳的记得带好泳帽。

这是我住的最差的五星酒店；杭州西湖边五星酒店虽普遍老旧，可这家差得离谱，电梯老旧，反应迟钝；行政楼层一股地毯味，房间如上世纪末；有个苹果收音机，放了7的转接口，但相信没有人用过，因为根本无法用；餐厅早餐，98/位，倒是便宜，可质量…总结：西湖边的五星，老的去凯悦，稍偏一些，去城中香格里拉；这家嘛，也就三星?，老四星吧!
