地处西湖涌金门对面，过个马路就是，很方便，走到银泰和高银街、河坊街也很方便，大概走个十几二十几分钟即可，地理位置便利，但酒店硬件不敢恭维，看着门面和大堂绝没有五星的感觉，而且门口除了有个人帮你开下门连个行李员也没有，更别提有门童开门这种服务了，不过客房服务挺好的，叫送东西很及时。不知道是不是因为是艺龙网订的原因给的房间是电梯口的。房间浴室没有淋浴房只有浴缸，如果有老人和幼童不太方便，而且浴室一直有很响的水流声，不知道是不是顶上有水管，幸好房间里听不到。自助餐品种很少，口味一般，特别是那个炒河粉比路边小店的都不如。
