追雪到的杭州，很棒的一次体验。每一位工作人员脸上都露出笑容，殷勤的询问是否需要帮助。酒店服务也做的非常到位……还有自助餐美食不错哦

7号楼设施先进干净。服务非常到位！儿子非常喜欢酒店工作人员孙阿姨。孙阿姨工作认真负责，热情周到，听到我父亲有的咳嗽马上倒了杯蜂蜜柚子茶，老人家非常高兴。感谢她的体贴入微的服务
