服务态度好，我入住3号楼西楼 3218房间，表扬一下三个服务员，房间服务员王雪菲，两个保洁员，危殊云和冯秀珍，服务很好，房间打扫很干净，都是有求必应。另外酒店景色很好，艺龙平台也很好，房间有保障。

杭州西湖国宾馆，应该可以排到我去过酒店中前三。环境无敌，服务也很热情，对杭州的好感又增进一步，将来远川选择杭州生活，我一定举双手支持。中餐厅很多慕名来吃的，不接受电话预定，酒店住客也不可以，只能到现场排队，五点钟准时开门营业，牛逼。菜品怎么说呢，点了几个特色菜尝鲜，不功不过，但比四季的金沙厅好吃的多，我们小四口花了一千多，杭州人民的消费能力真的可以。再说早餐，超级有诚意啊，每个单品都好吃，上次吃到这么有诚意的早餐还是在上海的璞丽。当然，最大的惊喜是在于景观的营造呀，毕竟是G20时习大大住的酒店嘛～整个酒店就在西湖景区里面，走两步就到西湖边上了，隔岸看着熙熙攘攘的人流更觉得此刻宁静的珍贵。很适合遛娃，安全人少场子大随便跑，是我们这种不爱去景点凑热闹的人的理想之所。酒店内的造景之术更不必说，步移景异跟建筑结合的相当棒，毕竟是在杭州呀有那么多文人居士的杭州呀～
