很少给这级别的宾馆中评，中午一点到达，要吃饭，除了几百元一位的自助餐，大堂吧的简单西餐不用等，要吃中餐，要排队一小时才有位，实在是太说不过去了！垃圾宾馆！

超好的体验，如果不是价格贵，真想一直住那里。早上起来逛逛西湖，没人的感觉真好。早餐也非常好吃，品种多，吃不过来。五星级体验。

和父母一起出行，家人都非常喜欢这个酒店，早餐品种超级多，味道很好，紫薇厅的中餐也非常不错，菜量很大！推荐那个泉水炖豆腐！很好吃的哦！服务更是没得说，24小时电瓶车接送，游园，和在1号楼就可以看到西湖，特别的美！

和父母一起出行的，家人们都非常喜欢这个酒店！5号楼会比3号楼好一些，服务非常到位，院里特别的大，就行有电瓶车，紫薇厅的菜做的非常不错，菜量很大！

环境很好，等于拥有了私人西湖，每个宾馆服务人员都很亲切很有礼貌，还给小朋友准备了他们的玩具，西湖的莲蓬等，非常体贴。
