酒店的地理位置就不必说了，肯定是游西湖最好的选择。正好遇上杭州下雪，景色也非常棒。更满意的是服务态度，比很多国际五星都要亲切。无论是前台、客房还是送餐，都非常好。难怪花总的视频里面提到洗杯子规范操作的两家就有一家是这里。春暖花开的时候再来一次。
