很好的酒店，真的是除了价格比其他酒店高些，一切都是那么的好。服务、景观都很好，地方大，显得人就不多了。但又送下午茶又有免费游轮的，性价比还是很高的。早餐丰盛。总之就是赞啊。我们住的7号楼，也是新建的，各方面的条件都很不错，还面对西湖，只是沿岸的大树有些遮挡，但隐隐约约的，别有风味。

这次的体验也是一如既往地好。虽说酒店优美宁静的环境和丰厚的历史人文底蕴是一大亮点，但吸引我再次光顾的另一方面是工作人员贴心而亲切的服务，这种有理有节又彬彬有礼的服务不仅体现了国宾馆的气质，也赋予了酒店独特的温度，让人切实有宾至如归之感。值得改进的地方有：紫薇厅能容纳的食客太少啦，当晚一直饿着肚子等到8:30才落座；丁家山上有些缺乏清扫，亭子里的长椅都是灰和小垃圾；因为名额有限，也没有如期坐到游船，建议酒店结合杭州当地特色，开设更多更丰富的活动供游客选择。
