酒店地处西湖边，环境空气很好，给5星。房间不大，内部设施没有想象中好，没有智能马桶，给四星。自助早餐种类丰富，孩子很喜欢。

此次入住的是西湖国宾馆1号楼湖景房，给的房间很满意，阳台超大，一边望出去就可以看到西湖苏堤，另一边是酒店园景，楼下就是“毛主席赏雪处”的景点。1号楼的服务人员相当友好，服务很贴心！晚上紫薇厅的西湖醋鱼味道极佳，连不喜欢吃鱼的我都吃了很多，性价比高！下次还会选择去那里度假！
