不愧为西湖第一园，环境非常好，卫生也高出一般的五星酒店，非常干净，床品，卫生间都能体现，虽然有的房间很小。洗漱用品是欧舒丹的。

来杭州几次，国宾馆的环境极佳，服务非常贴心。本来订了2号楼的亲水房，当天免费升级到了8号楼一层带花园的大床房。西湖国宾馆本身就是一个景点，相较于西湖的东侧，西侧更安静，更适合不愿多出去跑的人。

非常非常棒！非常人性化，见我们一家三口，还免费升级了大床房，服务生热情、专业，关键是酒店景色非常优美，步步是景，西湖景色一览眼底，酒店自助早餐非常丰富，真的不虚此行！有机会还要再来光顾。

宾馆位置很好，离周边景区都非常近，滴滴出租车都方便，宾馆的几个大门出去都有公交车站到达景区，最重要是宾馆就在西湖边上，很大，很美，很幽静，处处是风景，不愧为国宾馆，门口站岗的兵哥哥都好帅气，很认真负责，宾馆服务员都好亲切，周到，妈妈非常喜欢这里！天天清晨就出去逛园子，怎么都逛不够！
