非常不错，地理位置好，园林景观精致，内部设施很新，应该是新装修过，服务人员谦和有礼貌，5号楼办入住，专门有服务人员用电瓶车送到2号楼，在2号楼又有管家送进房间，有枕头套餐可选，我选了乳胶枕，很舒服。因为带着孩子，还给送来了儿童推车，儿童牙刷及拖鞋。

第一次住西湖山庄，为峰会刚装修好的，特别棒！而且酒店的服务员态度很好很好，感觉特别贴心，能在西湖边上住到这么好的酒店，真心欣慰！以后都住这里了！！！
