这次出行住过好几家五星酒店，私以为西湖山庄是综合评分最好的，酒店藏在西湖边上，跟着导航走很容易就能找到，环境优美外观古朴大气，不管是迎宾还是前台、客房还是餐饮都是清一色的俊男靓女，笑容灿烂服务周到。酒店设备很人性化，设有免费洗衣服务，浴室很大干湿分离做的很好，最好玩是马桶，儿子说是最喜欢的设备哈哈

服务前台态度恶略，没有瓶装水，没有一次性拖鞋，理直气壮的说不提供，房间一股发霉的味道，倩，墙壁上都是霉斑。
