酒店外观以及绿化看着就很舒服，进到里面更感觉大气，出出进进都可以召唤游览车，对于带着小宝宝或者老人家出行又或者行李多的人非常方便。房间中规中矩，对比周围同价格酒店空间还是挺大的，主要很惊艳的还是全自动马桶。酒店管家以及打扫的阿姨都很热情，特别是早餐服务员何浩然，服务很棒！总体就是宾至如归！酒店自助早餐虽然种类并没有很多，好在该有的也都有，菜色也不错。对比其他类似星级酒店，唯一的缺点应该就是没有泳池跟健身房了。但其他都很棒！！！如果下一次再来杭州还是会入住👍

西湖山庄，很棒了，服务不错，设施不错，早餐丰盛，参观五四宪法历史陈列馆非常便利，可惜，夏季缺少游泳池是个遗憾！

综合看来很赞的酒店，从入住到餐饮到接待，唯一不完美的是房间打扫问题。餐饮从中餐厅到早餐，品种看似不是最丰富的，但是胜在新鲜美味。每幢楼每个房间都很有品味，但是房间的打扫稍微马虎了些，床头柜啊桌面啊竟然有不少灰，地毯厕所地上也不太干净，如果客房打扫能按照更高要求来做的话，就完美了。最重要的三点是酒店绿化无与伦比，还有后山，爬山别有风味，五四资料陈列馆在酒店内👍
