推荐领导出差住的，结果半夜有人撬门！吓死人了，酒店安全隐患真是让人汗颜！而且出事也没人管，差点报警了！

从前台办理入住就开始觉得心塞。晚上九点多到的吧，等了半个小时办理入住手续。可能是考虑到我带了孩子吧，房间是3F一侧的尽头，但房间的隔音真的太差，外面路上机动车的声音听得一清二楚，两天的睡眠都是差到极点，更不要想午睡，泪奔！没错，我有事先挨扇窗检查??早餐种类很多，可还是建议酒店更换面包师，比照其他五星酒店差好多。对了，可能是我住的五星酒店不多？第一次遇见退房要等待酒店工作人员进行查房的。。。但亮点还是有的，比如可以打开的露天阳台，窗外的景色确实不错的说，还有先生生日当天赠送的蛋糕。

酒店位置很好，马路对面就是西湖。服务很好！看见有小孩子入住客房服务人员主动送上孩子专用拖鞋！房间够大，宽敞舒服。早餐特棒！品种非常丰富！下次来杭州一定继续住他家！
