非常不错的酒店，但是还是要说，总体感觉一般般，这个品牌的酒店感觉不上不下，入住花了1个小时，等得很烦燥

酒店位置真好啊，走十分钟就到断桥了，离游船码头更近。我定的湖景房，前台还免费升到了9楼，这样视野更开阔，早晚站在阳台上看西湖非常美。房间很大，被子枕头很干燥，床垫软硬适中，这点非常满意，晚上送了好吃的巧克力蛋糕，上面还点缀了卡马龙哦。唯一需要改进的地方是早餐，希望能更丰富一些。总之入住很愉快，会推荐朋友来。
