管家提前联系了我的行程，到北门出入有电瓶车接送，很快的办理好入住，客房卫生很干净，也有地暖，酒店环境很好，空气清新，餐厅也是独立一栋的临湖包厢，路过的每个服务员都会问好，听说春天和冬天很美，希望四月在过来感受西溪的春天

酒店很贴心，中午和朋友喝完酒来这休息一会，一进大厅，有欢迎茶水和糖果，而且是我最喜欢喝的白茶，就开玩笑的说还想再要一点，没想到进房间不一会儿就准备了茶叶上楼给我们。房间很干净，装修简约，里面还有提前准备的欢迎水果。要特别点赞的是他们家免费提供的矿泉水是依云。洗护用品也很棒。走的时候，还给我们准备了伴手礼。虽然是钟点房，但是服务都很到位。很满意~
