前台工作人员业务极其不熟悉，等前面一个人退房等了快20分钟，各种磨蹭，给别人打印发票经常弄错，另外，定房前先确定是否有房，别让网上订好了现场又有人定，如果先确定好的话就不会搞乌龙了。

说实话，能在杭州这种一线旅游城市这个价格能住到这个档次的酒店，还是相当不错的！唯一遗憾的就是可能去西湖景区稍微远了点，但是如果就西溪湿地逛逛的话，很不错的！
