房间一般，无窗户。和西溪湿地环境有点不协调。服务态度还行，有电瓶车到北门接到酒店。洗漱用品和热水很赞。

总体不是很满意。地暖、宽带、服务态度还可以。但是马桶和台盆下水实在是太不如意。马桶冲不下去，台盆下水超级慢。
