元旦住的，房间挺干净的，设施比较旧，厕所也比较小 是浴缸不是淋浴房。总体不错，服务人员都挺热情的，价格元旦也算便宜的，就在西湖旁边地理位置不错，去西湖和河坊街都很方便。

2007年10月第一次住，2011年11月第二次住，今年2014年11月第三次住，非常好的地理位置，价廉物值，是外地去西湖景区旅游的首选宾馆！下次去杭州还会继续入住在正阳宾馆！
