前台一小姑娘服务态度不错，赞一个！出行很方便，门口就有公交车站。客房卫生不是很满意，房间有股气味，不知道是不是霉味儿。卫生间很小，客房设施陈旧，隔音效果很差，建议酒店能够注意一下客房卫生状况和易耗品的质量。

酒店设施是老式的那种，卫生状况不是很好，卫生纸别人用了半卷的也还放在那里，感觉打扫卫生的员工不是很仔细啊。卫生间很小，服务态度一般，出行还是很方便的，就在西湖边上，附近有很多餐馆和酒吧，整体价位在西湖附近来说适中吧。
